Marty is responsible for contract negotiation, player recruitment and talent evaluation, as well as providing the personal attention that helps each client reach his full potential as a professional athlete both during and after their career in professional sports. Marty has been involved with football, contract negotiation, and player recruitment for over 15 years. As a lifelong native of Norristown, PA, Marty began his affiliation with sports by playing baseball and basketball in the Police Athletic League (PAL). He continued playing through Junior High, High School (Norristown HS), and college (Penn State University in State College, PA). After graduating from Penn State where he earned a degree in Marketing (B.S. Business Administration), Marty went on to work with one of the largest independently owned sports representation firms in the country where he became heaviliy involved in player recruitment and talent evaluation. He was instrumental in several marketing and business development initiatives there while also sharpening his knowledge of professional sports, contract negotiation, and recruitment skills. In 2005, Marty left to form his own agency dedicated to providing the personal attention that is not always available from a larger firm. Over the last 15 years Marty has built an extensive list of contact relationships in the professional sports world, and has successfully negotiated contracts for hundreds of players. He has been involved with many players over this career and uses his experience to work with each client individually so they can realize their full potential as professional athletes.

Irena Hartman
Marketing Manager

A finance graduate of Penn State University, Irena assists Mary with any accounting needs, and is responsible for all player marketing and related efforts. She actively works to promote our clients' individual brand efforts and maximize their marketing value. In addition, she helps maintain client relations.

Melissa A Hentz
Office Manager

Melissa has been with Marty for 4 years as his Office Manager and Administrative Assistant. Melissa handles the day-to-day operations of the office and assists Marty with matters concerning the NFL and the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Melissa also handles any Pro Day scheduling and arrangements, player assistance needs/travel arrangements, and endorsement deal assistance (i.e. Reebok, Nike, Under Armor, etc).
